What to Expect

1. Initial Meeting
We call this our fact-finding meeting. We’ll look at the current state of your finances and discuss both short- and long-term financial goals.

2. Planning Time
After meeting with you, we’ll develop a plan and create an investment strategy that will balance your risk tolerance with your overall financial goals. This typically takes 1-2 weeks.

3. Presentation Meeting
In this step, we’ll present our plan to you and start the onboarding process. This will include opening new accounts, transferring existing assets, and making the trades needed to implement our plan.

4. Online Access Confirmation
A week or two after the presentation meeting, we’ll check in with you to make sure you understand how to access your accounts, statements, and performance reports online. We’ll also make sure you’re receiving our market updates and other email communication.

5. Progress Meeting
After you’ve received a statement or two, we’ll meet again to assess our progress in implementing your financial plan and adjust if needed. This will take place 6-8 weeks after your initial meeting.

6. Begin Ongoing Service Process
Finally, after completing this process and putting you on solid financial footing, we’ll begin our normal client service process.
